Overview

  • The Passive Backplane is the industry standard method of mounting the CPU board.
  • The building block concept is optimum for both industrial and commercial designs.
  • Passive Backplanes are available in various sizes to meet your mounting and design requirements.
  • All are 4 layer designs and are XT/AT compatible.
  • Sizes from 2 slot to 14 slot are typically in stock.
  • Putting the entire CPU circuitry on a plug in card makes servicing easy.
  • Your investment is protected because upgrades are as simple as unplugging the CPU card and inserting an enhanced version.
