Minimum Order There will be a $10 service charge for orders under $100. The Guarantee If you are not 100% satisfied with our merchandise, you may return it within 30 days for a prompt refund, no questions asked. The Warranty Lely Tempustech, LLC. warrants that its products will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from date or purchase, or if proof of purchase is not provided one year from date of shipment. Lely Tempustech, LLC. makes no other warrenty, expressed or implied, and all implied warrenties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are hereby disclaimed. This warranty does not apply to any products which have been damaged by lightning storms, water, or power surges or which have been neglected, altered, abused, used for a purpose other than the one for which they were manufactured, repaired by the customer or any party without Lely Tempustech's written authorization, or used in any manner inconsistent with Lely Tempustech's instructions. Lely Tempustech's entire obligation under this warranty shall be limited at Lely Tempustech's option to repair or replace any products which prove to be defective within the warranty period, or issuance of a refund of the purchase price. Defective products must be returned by Customer to Lely Tempustech's factory, transportation prepaid. Lely Tempustech, LLC. will not be liable for consequential damages and under no circumstances will its liability exceed the purchase price for defective products. Freight Charges All shipments are FOB Lely Tempustech, LLC. Shipping and handling should be included with payment. All orders will be shipped UPS ground unless specified otherwise. For destinations other than the continental United States, contact us for the best method and shipping charges. Terms Net 15/30 day accounts are available on credit approval, or Visa/MasterCard. Please include your purchase order. Invoices remaining unpaid after net due date, may be subject to a 11/2% per month finance charge or a late charge of $7.50, whichever is greater. Delivery Orders for 10 or less of each item can be shipped same day if the order is received before 12:00 noon EST. Standard delivery time for orders greater than 10 units is 30 days, depending on size of the order. It is Lely Tempustech's goal to always have the off-the-shelf availability on all items.
